I started my cooking career in China 20 years ago cooking traditional Chinese dishes, in 2010 we made the decision to move to the UK, where I worked as a chef in a London Chinese restaurant. After 5 years we moved to Leeds and continued to work in Chinese restaurant's honing my skills as a chef, to the point where we have been able to open our own Chinese restaurant. We pride ourselves in the quality and tastefulness of our food and we trust that you will enjoy the outcome of our endeavours.
